Timezone Confusion
It has been brought to my attention that the clock I was following to judge UTC time was in fact an hour ahead of UTC, due to daylight savings time. As a result, signups closed an hour earlier than 11:59 PM UTC.
This is entirely my mistake, and I'm terribly sorry for any inconvenience that resulted! Unfortunately, matching has already been run and signups have been sent, so I can't reopen signups. All I can do is offer my apologies and promise to make sure this doesn't happen next year.
The assignment due date will be June 3, 11:59 PM actual UTC time. Countdown here.

I hope no harm was done! It didn't cause any issues with matching, but of course my sympathies go out to anyone who was planning to sign up or adjust their offers/requests in the last hour.
