There were no unmatchable participants (yay!), and matching went swimmingly. You should be receiving your assignment within the hour. (If you have emails from AO3 enabled you'll get an email notification about it, otherwise check your Assignments page on AO3.)

Timezone Confusion

It has been brought to my attention that the clock I was following to judge UTC time was in fact an hour ahead of UTC, due to daylight savings time. As a result, signups closed an hour earlier than 11:59 PM UTC.

This is entirely my mistake, and I'm terribly sorry for any inconvenience that resulted! Unfortunately, matching has already been run and signups have been sent, so I can't reopen signups. All I can do is offer my apologies and promise to make sure this doesn't happen next year.
