Just to pre-empt a possible question, while the characters in Dirty Computer aren't unambiguously androids based solely on the evidence within the film itself, a lot of the surrounding material at the time it was launched talked about the plot in terms of them being such, so it's definitely a plausible intepretation (and the one that I would assume anyone interested in creating stuff about them for this exchange would be going for).
