Shiro’s prosthetic arm that’s not even connected to his body but still made out of tech would not qualify? I don’t think he had the arm during the last exchange. I think it was within the last two seasons this happened. Allura made it for him.

If not, can I still nominate the lions? Y’all accepted the Keith/Shiro & the black lion last year. I guess I can do that if that’s ok! If not I understand and will fill the sets in with something else.

The reason why 'Keith/Shiro & the Black Lion' were accepted last year is because the Black Lion qualifies under 'AIs, robots, androids, mecha, machines, cyborgs, and any other technology-focused characters'.

Hi! I’m aware what the rules say as I am not new to this exchange, and that’s why I am asking the mod due to the last two seasons of Voltron, because of the tech and magic it’s made out of. This is different from Shiro’s regular arm he had.

I am ok with the tags not being accepted that’s why I’m asking if it’s ok to nominate the others. Doesn’t hurt for clarification, and I wanted to make sure I can still nominate certain tags like the ones from last year. Because I wasn’t sure if my post would seen as a “loophole” in a sense.

Thank you for checking! Unfortunately, we're going to have to say that he still doesn't fit the scope of this exchange. (We would also reject, for example, Venom Snake from Metal Gear, who is very much human even though he also has a sweet bionic arm.)

We're happy to accept the Lions as characters or part of relationships, however!
